Hanforft "Han" Bautista has always been interested in real estate. Growing up, he learned about the industry and its intricacies from his father, a real estate investor. After coming to the United States from the Dominican Republic as a young child, Han joined the New York City Fire Department / Emergency Medical Services and dedicated over a decade's worth of service to the constituents of the region including serving in Ground Zero during 9/11. However, his passion ran much deeper as inspired by the desire to be part of something bigger and better. The idea of helping others in the buying, selling, and investing in real estate is what inspired him to make the transition into the real estate industry. Han is proficient in the purchasing and management of single and multifamily properties and has leveraged his expertise over the years to help many people including his friends and family find their ideal homes. His persistence in excellence, coupled with his hands-on approach, have facilitated his flexibility and adaptability in giving each client the attention they deserve in order to effectively match their individual needs.
